Just finished the Toefl this afternoon, from 10 am to 14:10 pm.
It was correct that I arrived 10 minutes earlier when the door of the test center hadn't been open.
As long as completing the registration process, the time prior to the test was yours.
Making use of the time I jotted down all the speaking templates on the paper the test center gave.
The reading today didn't go very well at first. I was totally behind the schedule I set for myself that finishing reading of each article in 6 and a half minutes, hurrying me so much to do faster on the following two ones. But when I completed the entire reading section, some 12 minutes remained. What the... Yet, good that I finished it on time rather than in time. I spent the rest of the time going through again the questions in the 2nd reading which I didn't understand clearly in the 1st run.
Listening was acceptable overall though I zoned out a little and was thus unsure about some questions
It seemed I got the experimental listening, 3 conversations and 6 lectures. Hoping the questions I didn't know were those unscored ones.
I was so close to being late for the speaking section after 10 minute break. Lucky that the independent questions didn't kill me.
Later on, the integrated writing was not difficult though I couldn't finish spelling "incorrect" in the end. The most thing that I should thank God for was that the independent writing was a friendly topic, which is university professors main role, education or research. I was so high and so relieved as soon as the message Time's up popped up.
If I don't have illusions, I believe I did not bad on it
